What to say?


I know I've been off for quite a long time but I still have some new works to upload; hope to have the time to do it.

Anything interesting to report? maybe... as I had the chance to attend Sonata Arctica+Epica gig as well as the Nightwish one.

And what to say about the concerts...?

About the first one, in my view it could be summarized in one word: awesome!! I was there cause I am a Sonata fan, I love all their stuff and I had never had the chance of seeing them live, and, indeed, they didn't upset me at all! I didn't know a lot about Epica but their existence and a couple of their most famous songs but, damn it! they are totally impressive! so good live and Simone is one of the best female metal voices of the moment.

And Nightwish? It's a really good band too. I went to see them live mainly cause I have a friend who really loves the band, to the point that it's her favorite one so we couldn't miss it. Some NW fans often say Anette is not as good Tarja on vocals but... I didn't find her so bad. In my opinion, the only thing happening is that the old songs were probably written thinking on Tarja's voice and, of course, that the band supporters are used to listen to them sung by Tarja and not by Anette. Anyway, it was a great concert.
